- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Always 100% satisfaction guarantee. On larger projects we bill in thirds to ensure we can pay for possible products, gas, payroll, insurance, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer to meet or talk on the phone with a customer when I offer a service. I then try to gather all information by asking a range of questions that could best support the project and if the customer has any in return. After we have a clear scope of work I offer a final quote if it's a larger project that requires adjustments on the estimate and proceed to forward insurance information and a addition contract if the job so requires and best serves the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in forestry and business from UNH. Most true growth in business has been on the job or through mentors who have been working the trades, however.
