Introduction: Having been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2010 gives me an advantage that some therapists don't have. Rude and dismissive of customers. Had an appointment scheduled at 7:30 in the evening and hadn't heard from her all day. I texted her about parking and she responded that she was busy in a studio and would get back in touch in an hour and a half (an hour before the appointment). I had planned by day around her visit, and even confirmed the time with her the night before (have screenshots of all texts to prove it). Then, she NEVER GOT IN TOUCH. I sat there waiting all evening, lost hundreds in contract work I didn't do that night, and then when I reached out a few days later to ask what happened and give her another chance, she was rude, dismissive, told me that sometimes she has to reschedule because scheduling difficulties (she never rescheduled, just no-showed and never responded, horribly rude), and that if I need a massage so much why don't I just find somebody else and that she doesn't need me. Wow. Just wow! Never dealt with such a horrible person who makes it their job to heal others. Very very disappointing.
