Introduction: I have been in the fitness industry the last 7 years working as a personal trainer, coach, and fitness expert. I love working with new clients and discovering new ways to make fitness and exercise an enjoyable part of their everyday lives. My sessions consist of a combination of cardio, flexibility, and strength training with a healthy dose of laughter and fun. The emphasis will always be put upon the clients main goal. We will focus on you the whole time to ensure you get the best possible workout. After your workout there is always time to discuss diet, stress, sleep management, and proper supplementation. I have my clients perform exercises they never thought possible such as push-ups, pull-ups or weighted squats! There is no better feeling then discovering hidden strength and pushing your body further than you ever thought possible. I love watching my clients gain confidence in themselves and their bodies as they achieve goals they once thought were only dreams!

Kaleigh was my personal trainer for a year and a half. She works incredibly closely with her clients to accomplish whatever goals they have. For me, I had recovered from an eating disorder and was not yet at a place where I could healthily think about weight loss. Kaleigh respected and understood that and worked with me to make tangible goals that I could work towards and be excited about that were not triggering. I had worked with several other trainers previously and have had my fair number of negative experiences with people working in the exercise industry and none were as empathetic, respectful, and inspiring as Kaleigh. One of the goals I had was to lower my resting heart rate, over the course of my training she helped me lower my resting heart rate from 105 bpm down to 75 bpm. I saw huge changes to my body composition and was amazed by now being able to feel muscle instead of fat, fit into old dresses, and feel comfortable in my skin again. When I was having a hard time staying motivated, we started doing Sportsball Tuesdays as she knew I had wanted to know a lot of basic sports related skills that I had never developed. She taught me how to throw a football, throw a frisbee properly, and increase my soccer-related skills. Sportsball Tuesdays helped me stay motivated and also helped me increase basic skills that let me find more opportunities for exercise outside of our sessions. She is an amazing personal trainer!

Kaleigh is not only a great personal trainer, but I also now consider her a great friend. I initially looked to her to help me put on some muscle and gain weight. Kaleigh helped me to really refine my lifting routine, as well as my diet. Since working with her, I have increased my strength considerably, as well putting on over 10 lbs. of muscle. After my time training with Kaleigh I look better, feel better, and have more energy and confidence. I highly recommend training with Kaleigh, it has been one of the best investments I have ever made.

Kaleigh is great! She cares about her clients, listens to their needs, and creates fun workouts. She is always willing to modify an activity to better fit a client's comfort level and is as flexible as she can be when it comes to scheduling. I highly recommend Kaleigh as a personal trainer!
