FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once I talk to a client, to get a better sense of their needs, I determine pricing. I am flexible for non-profit organizations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a call or in-person meeting to discuss your organization's needs. I value listening to the meeting planner/client to gain a solid understanding of your goals and desired results for the keynote/workshop.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania - it's one of the rarest and most valuable degrees in the world, given that there's only 1 masters program in the United States focusing on positive psyschology. Additionally, I have a very unique professional background, having worked with thousands of military members in the USAF and U.S. Army, as well as civilians around the globe, helping them to enhance their well-being and resilience levels. On top of that, I am an expert writer on the topic of resilience on the popular online platform, psychologytoday.com. I'm a big proponent of practicing what I teach, and I value engaging life to the fullest. I've travelled to 44 different countries, and I have been a part of an 11-month long outreach program, traveling through 11 different countries. My real-life experience have helped me to apply the skills I teach others in real, tangible ways!
