During the building of our new home, we found PD Properties to excel in customer service. Our questions/concerns were always addressed in a timely manner and the lines of communication were always welcomed and open. Dealing with Darwin, Alex and Jessica was a very positive experience. It is nice to deal with a family run business. I heard the experience of building a new home can be quite stressful- not the case with PD Properties. If anything, the input/suggestions made to us during the process proved quite valuable and were much appreciated. Additionally, we LOVE our new home! The quality of craftsmanship and materials, along with the energy efficient technologies is quite impressive.

I came to find P&D Properties after an incredibly frustrating and painful experience with RPM Hartford, another property management company in the area. Whereas RPM seemed content to collect their share of the rent and put no effort at all into maintaining the property, dealing with difficult tenants, finding renters, scheduling maintenance - pretty much anything you'd expect a property manager to actually do - P&D has been wonderfully involved, responsive, and personable. They're a small business and their reputation has a significant impact on their livelihood, and it shows. I'd recommend them without hesitation to anyone in need of a property manager in the region they service.

This company scams, neglects maintenance calls and steals security deposits and fraudulently adds water bills in other peoples names to your credit ! I had health issues since i rented from them from black mold and 7 layers of kitty litter carpet! Move out condition was way better than move in and they take from single moms ! Never met anyone move in was done online, lesson learned! Even with proof these people will lie ! Never had any moving issues before until them! I even moved all they left at property replaced so much broken hardware never to be reimbursed , had to buy mailbox and basement flooded for months they never came to fix and said basement never flooded before ! Scammers , please beware and they also wrote their own reviews! Don't be naive like me !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an 8-10% management fee for condominums and single-family homes. We have a one month leasing fee for finding new tenants. We offer several protections to like pet protection, eviction protection and tenant replacement guarantees for 6 to 12 months. Maintenance coordination is handled for just $25 a month.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would have an initial call to explain our services and fees. The next step would be to setup a site visit at the property to be managed. If the property is a good fit both parties we would offer a contract for review. After the contract is executed Pledge will setup your account in our system and start managing and leasing the property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
