- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our initial goal is to fully gain an understanding of what our potential client wants. We provide an online Intake form where they can communicate what their need is. We'll follow up with a face to face meeting (if possible) or a telephone call with the goal of understanding their requests/intentions of our session and making any necessary suggestions and/or changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended the New England School of Photography as well as many other workshops and trainings.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've had the privilege to work with humans of all ages, as well as countless furbabies!
