What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most services are covered by insurance, however the standard out of pocket rate is $100 per session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First session involves intake process and assessment. Within the first few sessions a treatment plan is established and a process is devised to treat problem. Diagnosis is assigned and the client is educated as to neurological implications and how to overcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master's level education coupled with board certification. Over ten years of education and training were necessary to earn designation of L.C.S.W..
