Once they arrived, they did a fabulous job. We had agreed they would arrive one hour before the event started. The event started and they were just pulling up. Guests were scrambling to set up the bar and get wine chilled. I was asked if I'd like "the chilled white wine or the warm one." If they had been on time, I would have given five stars.
