Introduction: I believe my role as your Broker/Realtor, is to be a competent and dependable resource for all real estate related matters. Beginning with a Master's Degree in Organizational Management, to several Realtor designations, I am committed to ongoing training and education which helps me deliver high quality service and guidance, to customers, clients, and agents.
I am a Florida native. I retired in the Tampa Bay area from the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer, after 21 years of service. I have over 21 years of real estate experience-beginning my real estate career in 1993.
In the community I serve as: a judge for the Florida Communities of Excellence Awards Program; the Vice President (and President Elect) of the Bay Area Association of Realtist, the Tampa Chapter of National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) ; the President Elect of the Central Pasco Association of Realtors and the 2014 Chairman of the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee there. I serve on the same hearing committee at the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, where I have been a committee chair or panel member since 1997. I am also a Director of the Florida Brazil Chamber of Commerce.
My office prides itself on providing highly professional assistance and advice to buyers, sellers, investors, and current homeowners. We work with: Bank Owned properties;“Short Sales” for debt forgiveness; and domestic and foreign national investors. We also offer full service property management and accounting, maintenance supervision, and tenant relation services.
