We offer a skills based program that teaches your child self defense and promotes respect, self discipline, and goal setting in all areas of life. Our kickboxing program will get you in shape burning up to 800 calories an hour! We offer a competition team as well as opportunities for our students to train to be instructors.

Great dojo that doesn't destroy our family budget. All 3 girls (ages 7-11) and two adults enjoy the teaching, exercise, and challenge.
