Vicky puts her heart into every meal she creates. She loves what she does and it shows. She is very thorough in her preparation of each meal from "feel good foods" to dishes that are new and creative. Her preparation is incredible and it shows in each meal she provides. When I met Vicky, my daughter with Crohn's was on a very restricted diet. Vicky found ways to make eating "fun" again for my 12 year old. I can't thank her enough for helping our family during this very difficult time. My family and I wold HIGHLY recommend Vicky to anyone!

We hosted a staff holiday party at my house. Appetizers and desserts. Everything was displayed beautifully and the food was outstanding. Not a crumb was left. I also did not have to lift a finger. Platters and displays where always full and areas where spotless. I would recommend Vicky to everyone.

We've been having Vicky cook for us since February 2016. She is worth her weight in gold. She's so flexible and VERY talented. We've not had a bad (or even merely "ok") meal yet. One of the best parts of having her come cook for us each week is that our kitchen is cleaner when she leaves than when she arrives! She's also just a really NICE person; we consider her part of our family now!

After we found Vicky, our family couldn't have been happier. She quickly met with us to review our preferences, our needs and expectations. She ensured there were no food allergies and spent a lot of her own time to share her ideas and recipes. But her food speaks louder than words! Restaurant quality food, with your own personalized menu every week...it seemed like each meal is better than the last. The food was always tasty and healthy. Vicky was always looking for feedback, ways to improve, and always willing to share her recipes. She is highly recommended to whoever is lucky enough to find her.

Dish-It-Up is awesome! Vicky made a heart-healthy cake for my husband's 70th birthday party, a year after he had had a massive heart attack. Vicky also made other scrumptious desserts and provided drinks for our party. She came on time and picked up her supplies the next day. Her personal touch made our celebration so meaningful.
