- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates can be both hourly and by the project. We look at a project and consider what if we were the ones needing help and think is fair. Hopefully, you agree too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For every customer we will verify the scope of work and then give an honest quote. In our experience, the most important step is to communicate expectations before beginning work and then ensure they are satisfied after completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in electronic repair/maintenance as well as performed equipment installations while in the military. He was a master mechanic and can repair just about anything. Our collective 40 years experience in these fields gave us the tools and critical thinking skills to tackle most problems.
