- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A roof inspection to start. A roof replacement or repair can be costly, we need to make sure if necessary first. I like to then schedule a time to discuss options and address any concerns my client my have with the direction we’re going.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of trial and error is more then enough to feel confident in guiding clients on options that are best for them. Though technically speaking I am always staying involved in my manufacturers training classes. They offer consistent training throughout the year and when faced with challenging questions my area representatives are one call away. *Each manufacturer requires you to be trained and certified it’s up to you to stay in the know of new products and offers.
