- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is $95 per hour. The travel fees will be based on the distance and gas cost. Typically $15 to $25 for 5 to 30 miles radius. If you are further then traveling fees will be applied accordingly. For individual or bridal pricing it can be between $35 to $550 from simple to intricate works. It is better to contact us if you are looking for something with in your budget. Also we have semi permanent glitter and mettalic tattoo art that we sometimes offer with our henna services. Our henna is top quality organicly cultivated from India and Pakistan. I made my henna paste fresh from scratch for each of my client. So we can gurantee the color quality. Unlike store brought or chemical henna our organic henna is safe on kids, pregnant women or even chemo patient. We give discounts on group rate. Our prices are set and up front we don't hide it. As a professional business we believe trust comes through transperency. We do not treat any of our client differently. And thats why our service rates is same for everyone. If you think you are tight on a budget then we have a really cool program with financing option as well. We are the only henna company that by far offer the financing option for clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I submit an invoice with a contract for new clients with what to expect or what not to do via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of practise but joining different conferences and INCHA certification increase my level of expertise in this area.
