- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most incidents are a standard fee which be discussed on a hire basis. We will beat any price speak with us for more information on that. *Please take note that our quality of work is not determined by price we always strive to do are best in every situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a friendly and out going business. We assess every situation in a respectful manner. We don't just like to help our customers with there incidents we like to educate and share our knowledge with others.
