- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer session packages for clients, one that is best for experienced speakers and one that is better for people that have little to no speaking experience. I don't do one-off sessions, but I do offer Thumbtack clients the opportunity to do one dedicated session without buying a package. Sessions are one hour, and focus on your specific needs and goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is for a potential client to complete my brief assessment survey. Then we will have an initial 30-minute consultation (at no charge) to understand where you are now with your speaking skills and where you'd like to be. We will discuss your goals, and how I can help you get there. Speaking sessions are then set up by clients, via my online calendar. I also help organizations who would like to improve their employees' speaking and presentation skills. This can be done with half day or full day workshops.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified World Class Speaking Coach. I am also a longtime member of Toastmasters International, the leading communication and leadership organization across the world, for a number of years. I am also a member and partner of the Black Speakers Network.
