- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our customers may contact us via e-mail, Thumbtack, or phone to request an estimate. For complex projects, in order to provide an exact quote, we prefer to do an on site visit at no cost to our customer. For simple projects such as light or fan replacements, panel upgrades, switch or receptacle replacements, an estimate can be provided over the phone, e-mail or text. We want to make the process as smooth as possible for our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Texas State Master Electrician License, Electrical Contractor License, Asbestos Abatement Contractor, Certified EPA Lead Renovator Technicians, Certified Asbestos Awareness Training completed by all Technicians as required by EPA AHERA and OSHA Regulation.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The most important thing is that our customers ask for not just pricing, but guarantee and insurance from professionals. Safety is the number one priority for us.
