I met Dave on a fluke when going to look at a house. I did not have a realtor and didn't think I really needed one. We had exchanged info.
He reached out and the rest was history. He worked with my fiancé at the time and myself for over a year to find the perfect house, no lie! We must have looked at over 30 homes. The BEST part about Dave was his HONESTY. I would fall in love with a house for all the wrong reasons and he would bring me back down to reality and remind me of all the things I told him we wanted!
Needless to say we didn't just have a customer/ client relationship we are like family now!
We couldn't be more thankful for his honesty, his talent in finding us the perfect home, his patience, knowledge and all the people that worked to help complete the process were absolutely awesome too!

My husband and I were lucky enough to meet Dave at a random open house. We were not currently working with an agent and felt an instant connection with Dave, there was a genuineness about him that made us feel very comfortable. At our first meeting, we knew we made the right decision. Dave really showed an interest in getting to know us as people, not just clients. We felt that we had gained not only a real estate agent, but also a friend.
Over the next several months, Dave was very patient in showing us houses (even some houses several times). Dave was very honest with us, and as a result, we felt we could be honest and upfront with him. Dave worked very hard for us before, during and after we purchased our home. We couldn't have been more pleased with Dave and our experience.
We still have an excellent relationship with Dave and would strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent. My husband and I often talk about how thankful we are we decided to go to that open house. Buying a house can often be a stressful thing, but Dave made it enjoyable and we looked forward to all of our house hunting trips!

Dave is very knowledgable in today's market and takes pride in his work. He was very patient with us in finding our forever home. A task that took over a year and entailed us going all around the greater Pittsburgh area and surrounding counties. We really appreciated his honesty while comparing properties also. A refreshing change from some in the business that just want to make a sale. If I were to move again, I would definitely contact Dave.
