Introduction: Hello My name is Jeff Saint Dic and I look forward to working with you. I am a personal trainer, career/life coach, and motivational speaker. I train and educate people on strength and conditioning and help them through their fitness and life journey. I focus on your strengths, happiness, motivation, aspirations, and short and long term goals. I will guide, motivate, inspire you through your goals and provide assistance and the skills to achieve them. I am respectful, honest, and personable and pride myself on excellent customer service. I have been a personal trainer and career/life coach for three years. My clients have included 18-40 years old men and women. I have conducted group classes, boot camps, High-Intensity Interval (HIIT) Training, health and wellness coaching and Strength Training. • National Council for Certified Personal Trainers: Personal Trainer Certification August 2014 • American Heart Association: Heartsaver CPR/AED Program February 2014 As a motivational speaker I focus on the learning outcomes of the presentation and making sure I communicate clearly to the audience. I work with the host to make sure the time, language and message is accurate and appropriate for the audience members. I have presented to small and large groups. My presentations are interactive and I make sure the audience members are engaged. I have co-presented at Regional Conferences multiple times and presented at Universities and colleges. Also, I am a member of Toastmaster International: A public speaking organization.

Jeff Saint Dic has been an inspiration simply by modeling a lifestyle that gives hope to us all. He has defied the odds in the classroom, in the office, and in the gym. He has earned a 4.0 while holding a strenuous position. He has earned the respect, love, and trust of his student even though he also acted as conduct hearing officer. Furthermore, he continues to set goals for his health that are constantly met. Jeff has personally helped me relieve stress through various techniques. He has encouraged me to pray, excercise and even paint. Without him, I'm not sure I could have gotten through grad school. His support has even helped me accomplish my own health goals.

I am a lifelong artist, but have only recently decided to really make an aggressive effort to go from passive to professional. But this transition has proven arduous since any profession in the arts is challenging and not always lucrative. The creative lifestyle is what I've always known and loved. It's emotionally(and sometimes fi$cally) rewarding when inspiration hits. It ebbs and flows. The tide goes out and eventually the tide comes back in. But when it's out, it feels like it will never come back. I was extremely fortunate to have encountered Jeff St. Dic and his program when the tide was out, when I was feeling lost and at my least motivated. I told him about how I perceive the world and how I think the world perceives me. I told him about my ambitions and about the anxieties that accompany them; my strengths and my weaknesses. I told him about my plans for the future and of the mental blocks that I thought were barring my path. Jeff then demonstrated his own inner strengths. That of actively listening, creating a game plan for action, and of teaching others how to cultivate and maintain a positive mental attitude conducive to productivity and happiness. I feel truly enriched and enlightened after having met with Jeff and participating in his program. He taught me how to identify, minimize, and move past my perceived mental blocks and to view my real world obstacles as worthwhile challenges towards personal growth and empowerment. He helped me to harness and redirect my mental energy into envisioning and achieving my goals. He helped me tremendously and I have no doubt that he will help countless others.

Jeff is awesome! As an overweight out of shape female, having a trainer who makes me feel confident in myself and believe that I can do anything is hard to find but I found that in Jeff. He is patient and great at not just telling me what to do but explaining why and how it helps and what it is working and the benefits. Aside from fitness, I got diet tips and help with nutritional food choices. He pushes you when you need to be pushed and he is compassionate when you need that and he listens when you need to vent. He is committed to his clients and I would recommend Jeff to anyone!!

Jeff is a great personal trainer who not only provided outstanding weight lifting and exercise routines, but also provided helpful advice and tips on healthy eating. He was readily available whenever I had questions about any detail of my workout routine, and he was very accommodating when I needed to reschedule our training sessions.
