What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
150.00 per service hour from 7 am until 5 pm. 175.00 after 5 pm until midnight. 200.00 from midnight until 6 am.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Take and receive phone calls, listen to what is requested, and direct new client in the best direction based upon fuel savings, energy savings and of course budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an instructor of Oil Burners at the Peterson School of Steam engineering. I hold multiple licenses, Master Oil Burner, Master HVAC, Master Pipefitter Unrestricted, 2nd Class fireman, powerplant license, 30 years of all of the above and including Welding for our commercial steam systems. All licenses are available upon request only,
