I have 2 gas fireplaces in need of deferred maintenance. One fireplace has a problem pilot light that does not sat lit; the other was not working at all. Carlos diagnosed the problems with each and clearly e planned them to me. The non-working fireplace is now working well and it has been thoroughly cleaned. The second fireplace needs additional work, including new parts, which are now on order. Carlos is very professional, is able to clearly explain problems and recommended solutions, and works efficiently and carefully. I look forward to the additional steps he will take in the near future to make our second fireplace completely functional and safe. I strongly recommend this company.
