- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before we begin working together, you will be sent a letter of expectations explaining the pricing structure of the services provided. The fees will include: Discovery Phase: Fixed rate for initial discovery of information (2-3 sessions) Implementation Phase: Based on an 8-hour work day
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
GBD will conduct individual one on one confidential interviews with agreed upon stake holders in the company. The goal of these interviews is to explore the desires, concerns and expectations as they pertain to the business. During these interviews GBD looks for “themes” consistent across the interviews that give us insight into the core challenges and opportunities and how we should help the client address them. GBD provides a feedback meeting with the agreed upon stakeholders reviewing these themes, providing recommendations on next steps on how to address them as well as a roadmap for the business. GBD will focus on facilitating meetings with the client to execute the roadmap achieving the desired goals and address the desires, concerns and expectations that emerged from the interviews.
