Examples include: Virus Removal on PC/Mac PC/Mac Clean-ups to get the most out of your device Help making a decision on a new device purchase or upgrade New PC Set-up, including things like data transfer Set up your own personal "Cloud" Tutorials on using a new piece of software These are just a few examples, but I haven't run into anything I've had to say no to yet! I set fixed prices for services as opposed to hourly rates, so that you know I am trying to get your problem solved ASAP! I also offer yearly support packages, where for a fixed price you can buy yourself a year of UNLIMITED support sessions! I complete my repairs remotely, saving you time, and having your PC up and running ASAP. About me: -My certifications include: CompTIA A+, TestOut PC Pro, TestOut Windows Client Pro, TestOut Security Pro, TestOut Network Pro -I have been working with computers since I was 8 years old. I am in my final semester of a bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Geographic Information Systems -I have a total of 8 years in work experience solving problems just like these in an enterprise setting. Knowledge is power, and Shannon has it! My laptop's drive was full, had partition problems, and an MS Office Pro download that would not accept the authentication code. Shannon fixed, moved, reapportioned, and organized with amazing efficiency and knowledge, all while I watched the magic. And he didn't do anything to mess up my desktop workspace or drives.
