What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a 1h one on one so customer can evaluate if they like the class. If further instruction is wanted I offer 6 / 12 pass classes. Your satisfaction is my goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
11 year certification as PTR professional in current order. Over 110 League matches competed in both doubles & singles. I'm very athletic as ex pro Ballet Dancer.
