What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Manual therapy and Individual sessions are 1$ per minute. There is a 10$ travel fee. Classes are 15$ drop in fee. Packages and specials are available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There will be intake paperwork and a phone conversation to set up an initial evaluation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS from The University of Vermont Physical Education/Sports Medicine I am certified by the National Athletic Trainer's Association and licensed in the state of VT
