- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to first meet with each client in person for a free consultation to talk about design and see the property firsthand. This allows us to provide a more accurate quote as well as show the lights we offer to the client so they can see them in person and choose the color(s) they like.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet for a free estimate. After discussing what all they would like to be lighted for the season, we provide a digital quote. After acceptance of quote, we schedule the installation, put up the lights and then revisit in January for take down after the season is over.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing holiday lights for 12+ years and my background as an engineer is helpful when doing designs. Our primary training is simply the years of experience climbing on roofs, wrapping trees, and lighting up homes and businesses.
