Introduction: I am a fitness coach with 14 years of experience working for a high end fitness company. I am also an experienced MC (Emcee 😏) and host. I’ve been performing as an MC/host for over 20yrs. The 2 worlds mesh well. I am not a “get in your face and yell” kind of coach. I want our time together to be highly productive and enjoyable. My time as a performer helps in keeping the experience entertaining and engaging. Well, that’s what my clients tell me. I specialize in weight lose, behavior modification coaching, kettlebells, boxing and pre/postnatal. As a trainer, I enjoy coaching people to success and navigating through the process to get them there. On the road to your best body, my clients and I learn so many things that ultimately enable us to create a plan for long lasting change and longevity. I love knowing that I’ve been able to improve the quality of life for all my clients.
