Introduction: My program is well rounded and addresses all the dynamics of self-defense. I am an active instructor and competitor, so I am up to date in my field. I will also be completing a Master's degree program in August 2018. I enjoy passing down my 20+ years of martial arts experience In which I have taught over 1000 students and have won national titles (bronze and silver medals). As a martial arts practitioner, helping others use martial arts as a way to better themselves and achieve their goals is the most fulfilling experience.
