Julie was referred to me, and did not disappoint. With a new job lined up in a new state, shopping for homes out-of-state can be a bit of a challenge. I had one flight to Boston set up mid-week, and seven or so properties lined up for my visit. All properties went under contract prior to my visit, yet Julie still managed to find three new properties the day before. She listened very well to what I was looking for, and even took me out of my "comfort towns" to see a property she thought was a great fit - and indeed it was. I absolutely fell in love with the second condo we saw, as well as the town that I previously disregarded as an option. As stated, I was out-of-state for the numerous steps that follow an offer. On top of that, the seller was a real piece of work throughout the entirety of this process, adding stress every chance possible. Julie went above and beyond to ensure everything went as planned, was attentive to all my emails, and even attended required inspections, etc on my behalf. Julie has a wonderful personality, and I could not be more thankful for her help in buying my first home! Highly recommend!
