- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every jobs presents a unique sets of circumstances and the most effective and cost efficient approach is determined once we understand the scope of serves needed. We charge either a flat rate or an hourly rate for event planning/consulting (minimum of 5 hours).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first speak to the client over the phone to get a strong of their event needs and priorities and then ultimately discuss pricing/costs and the role that we can play.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both owners of the.h event team have a combined work experience of over 20 years in event planning, marketing and culinary.
