For quite some time, I have tried multiple brow bars in NYC that had great ratings but always came short of giving me exactly what I wanted. There was always an issue with one side of my eyebrows being too short or much thinner than the other side.
It literally came to the point where I had given up on finding the perfect spot until a friend recommended I give Kate a try. Kate stuck with the old fashion tweezing and explained to me what she was doing and what type of eyebrow shape matches my facial structure. I had insisted that I wanted some type of arch and she went along with it and mentioned that my eyebrows would never actually be perfectly symmetrical and that most people eyebrow aren't either.
Needless to say, I was extremely happy with how the results turned out. I highly recommend Kate to anyone especially if you have nearly given up hope! Maybe this is what it means to have "eyebrows on fleek".

I hired KJM for wedding makeup. She really went above and beyond my expectations. For one, I've never been the type to wear eyelashes. I was super scared that my eyes would get irritated or the glue would go into my eyes. She talked me through everything she was doing as she was doing it so I felt more at ease. I didn't even feel the lashes on my eyes after they were applied! My skin is also sensitive and rather dry, especially in the winter months. What ever products she used on my face, she made sure it was meant for my skin type. The makeup was applied so smooth and natural looking as compared to my application which can sometimes look cakey. I felt sad for having to even wash all her work off at the end of the night. So happy with her work, I would totally hire her again!

Katie is a professional through and through- not only did I garner numerous compliments on my new look but in the application process, Katie took the time and attention to assess my makeup comfort level and any allergies I may have. I would definitely have Katie as my makeup artist again.
