I personally recommend Lisa. She is a true professional, keeps her rates reasonable and works diligently to do exactly what a client wants done. We,my son and I, contacted Thumbtact, because I am disabled and my son works so we put off house work way beyond what we should have (over a year )except for the bare neccessaties.Lisa Wentworth called me at least three times to assure us Lisa would be here at the agreed time. Important to me because Merry Maids and another independant service failed to show after giving estimates.Lisa and her helper showed up and after a handshake they went to work and didn't slow up for two hours. Lisa did not need any direction from us as to what,where or how to clean. These workers cleaned our three bdrm 2 bath house beyond our expections.For example the furnace vents,door area where we had left prints from holding the door ,under our area rugs,exceptionally messy from over use/lack of cleaning.The usual, bath rooms living area kitchen were transformed into places we could be proud of.Anyone who wants or needs their homes cleaned would do well asking for Lisa and her helper. We,my son and I will be setting up a regular date with Lisa to assure our home is kept clean and tidy.Whatever scale you use to rate your employees needs a higher number than AAA+++.These workers are are as we say down home :Keepers.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is $15-25 per hour. Most jobs only require one person to complete. Standard price is negotiable based on the type of project and frequency.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call ahead to verify appointment and address. Arrive 10 minutes ahead of time to unload my cleaning supplies and equipment. Walk through the house with the customer and make note of any special requests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am graduated in December 2016 with my Bachelors degree in Human Services. I have been cleaning houses, condos, offices, and rental properties since 1998.
