Frank promptly responded to my Thumbtack inquiry and I chose him over three other plumbers who responded to the same query. I needed a leaky shower repaired in a rental home and, after he assessed the situation, he called me to explain his findings and to provide me with his estimate of costs for parts and labor. His price was reasonable, as confirmed by my former, now retired, plumber with whom I conferred. My tenant informed me that Frank arrived on time for a pre-set appointment and that he worked quickly, was efficient, respectful and he cleaned the area after completing the job. When he received a phone call, my tenant overheard him defer the caller to another time because he was on a job. Once my long-time plumber retired I knew I needed to find another plumber who was knowledgeable, responsible and reasonable in price. I found him. (Barbara C. 7/19/16)

Im a single mom and its always scary when something breaks but Frank was awesome and I made the right choice and hired the right plumber!! I needed a new bathroom sink, sink faucet and cartridges for 2 bathroom showers. I ended up needing new valves as well. Frank did those jobs as well as threw in replacing a shower head and unclogged a slow drain. I trusted him from the 1st call. He was my hired choice bc his price beat out the other quotes and he was quick to respond and schedule my appt to get the job done. He was friendly and professional. The cartridge was old and it was hard to come out but Frank stayed until the job was complete and made sure I had a working shower before he left. Both bathrooms are now good as new! I now have a life long plumber for all my future plumbing needs and will refer him to family and friends!

We contacted Frank after seeing his good reviews on Thumbtack and I agree with all the others that he is very prompt, knowledgeable, and fair with his charges. We had an issue with our water heater so we contacted Frank over five other plumbers. I didn't even have to give a single call to find/check parts as Frank did all the required work for us. Even-though our heater has warranty, there were some shipping issues so we did not have hot water for 6 days, Frank was very concerned about this matter and he spent hours and hours talking with the company to resolve this matter.
His name very well fits him as he is very frank when he does his job. It doesn't matter how many trips or how many days (or hours) he has to come to finish the wok, he will not charge any extra costs other than the initially agreed charges. We are very well satisfied with his service and happy to recommend him to others. We are so happy that we found Frank for all other future plumbing needs. Thank you very much Frank!

Thank you so much for your kind review. I am very upset with your water heater company (AO SMITH) and believe me I am not done with them. To leave a family especially with small children without hot water for that length of time is totally unacceptable and is actually a health issue.
