Tosha is the Bomb! She is inspiring and realistic. She starts from where you are and has confidence in your ability to succeed and follows through. She cares about each client and develops individual plans tailored just for you! She constantly checks in and re- evaluates the direction you are going and wants you to determine where you want to go and what you goals are. She is a life coach, compassionate but strong, inspiring and a team leader. She wants what you want and has so awesome hints along the way- ask her about the rule of hand!

This is a beginning and current picture, definitely not to my goal yet but as someone said to me tonight we didn't get this way overnight and we are not going to loose it overnight either. My weight loss journey with Tosha started in 2016 as just a 90 day kind of thing. I found myself finally ready to change for myself and my family and my health was definitely telling me it's time to change. She has always been an awesome coach with suggestions tips and always just a phone call away. She has helped me find new foods to love and how not to use them as an emotional blanket. This year we started my second round of 90 days and she encouraged me to find something I love to do, some kind of workout. So I tried out my first Tabata class with Erin which I LOVE! Erin has taught me that working out can be and should be FUN it doesn't have to be dreadful drawn out and just blah. I can't thank these ladies enough for all that they do, you help and touch more people than you know. And you push me to be better and stronger!
