- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are constantly running specials for new customers so please feel free to ask.We accept all major credit cards,checks,and cash.Our prices aren't set in stone,no two jobs are the same,so it's difficult to give the best price without talking to the customer,once I know exactly what my customers needs are and what is expected of me and my team I can usually get them a price to fit their project, often my customers have special needs (such as rental properties)and have a very tight budget that can't be stretched so I do my best to work within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to customers,when they call I like to take the time to discover exactly what they need. Once that's done we discuss price and then schedule a time to perform the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the trades most of my adult life,from running heavy equipment, electrical, plumbing, roofing, concrete, cleaning and home maintance.But I would have to say my best cleaning instructor was my mother, Violet, but she did have 17 years to make me do it right.
