What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quotes include revisions (as indicated in the direct quote) - One-sided print materials, postcards, rack cards, business cards - $115/flat rate - Websites - price varies, base price is $750 for basic, less than 6 page site. - Social Marketing Management - $275/first platform, $125 each additional (packages available) - 12 Month Marketing Strategy - $1300 (very detailed)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very customer-oriented. Once a bid is accepted, I will communicate with you quickly to schedule a time to talk or meet to discuss your project. Ideally, this will all be completed within 24-hours, so your project is up and running immediately. Typically I work on a 3-day turnaround; websites take approximately 5-days and 12-month marketing strategies take 2 weeks. I will work over the weekend if you need something quickly. When we first speak, we will go over a list of questions that will allow me to provide the solution you need to your marketing request.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- B.S. Fashion Marketing, Virginia Tech - 16 years of professional marketing for corporate, small business and nonprofit companies. - 1-year of providing marketing services as a contractor. - Successfully re-branded a nonprofit in under three years; leading it from closure to now receiving multiple awards with over 1000 volunteers.
