I had storm damage to my roof and was having trouble with my insurance company on my claim. I knew Brad, as our son's played baseball together, and asked him if he could take a look at our roof and let me know what to do.
He came out and verified we had hail damage, and asked if I was ok with him taking care of it. He contacted the insurance adjuster and asked them to come back out, and showed them the damage to our roof. He took care of all the paperwork regarding our claim, and the only thing we had to do was decide what color of shingle and gutters (did I mention we got new gutters too!).
Brad called to let me know what day the roofers would be at our home, and they showed up on time and ready to go. His workers were very respectful of our property and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards.
The entire experience could not have gone better. I highly recommend Central Indiana Exteriors.
