- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices varying based on the size home being cleaned. Window cleaning is extra, but fair. My prices are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and try to ensure the customer feels comfortable in hiring me. I let them know exactly what they can expect. I take pride in my work and do my best to ensures the customer is as satisfied as I am.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning houses since I was a child. However, the person doing the work is my husband and he currently has his own move-in, move-out cleaning service called Mike and Mom's cleaning service out of Denton Texas. He has years of experience in house cleaning and has earned Best in 2015 Thumbtack award for having the highest and best reviews. He will be the one doing most of the actual work.
