Introduction: I do residential new home construction, large additions, detatched garages, ADU's, complete gut remodels and renovations. We are Veteran owned and operated and believe in the WIN/WIN strategy of Dale Carnegie. We do great work at a fair price. I have taken and passed the ICC Contractors Licensing exam required for working in San Marcos where I maintain my certification to work within the city limits. We work with Murray Libersat - Architect for our design needs.

Gary Levinson has completed several projects for me. He has built: 1) a 3 car garage and covered walkway connecting to the house, 2) a 3600 sq ft climate controlled sports building, & 3) a 400 sq ft climate controlled storage building. He has also added a half bath to my home. I have been completely satisfied with all of the work. Gary is a perfectionist that holds himself and his employees to a standard as high or higher than his clients. I honestly do not have any reservation in giving Gary Levinson Construction a 10-star recommendation.

Gary was hired to take on a new home completion that another GC had started, Gary he quickly pointed out completed work that was performed sub-par by the other GC's sub contractors. Both my wife and I are pleased with the outcome and perfessionalism that Gary has displayed, I highly recommend Gary.

After we started building our home with another builder who flaked out and messed up a lot of things, Gary stepped in, assessed the situation and has done an amazing job to get our home completed. I HIGHLY recommend Gary Levinson to anyone who needs a job done and expects excellent results.

Gary completely remodeled my kitchen 5 years ago and he did a terrific job. He has also done quite a bit of exterior repair on my house. Gary is the guy I trust to do work for me. He is hard-working and detail oriented. He takes real pride in his work. He goes the extra distance and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of construction. I'd almost prefer him to stay a secret, but he deserves success beyond what work I can give him.
