POSST (Positive Outcome Stroke Survivor Training)

Introduction: If you, or someone you love, has suffered a stroke, you know that after physical therapy, finding an exercise program to help you continue to progress is nearly impossible. That is where POSST Wellness Program comes into play to assist with improving strength, conditioning and functional maintenance. We have a wellness program just for stroke survivors. Taught in a small group setting or one on one by Medical Exercise Specialist, Andre Gremillion, this class is perfect for those discharged from therapy services, but still dealing with some functional limitations.
