- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts whenever a client is fixing more than 1 device at the same time. Discounts also extend to referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After understanding the problem at hand, I explain to my customer what’s necessary to fix the problem and once we reach an understanding I give the customer a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got fully immersed in the fixing business by following a close friend of mine around who worked for icracked. Every chance I would get I would fix a phone. I bought countless broken devices and I fixed all of them with proper supervision from certified technicians with the ones I had average confidence in.
