- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many of our menus are custom created for our client. We have recently found that there are some people who want to skip the thinking and go straight to the ordering. We have created an amazing Easy ordering menu, now found on our website. Yes, we can scale up an event to feature high dollar menu items, and black tie service.... But we like to focus on a market that our neighbors can afford.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take in to account what the customer needs are, and what their budget is. Most budgets can be met.. It is just finding the happy median. First an email or phone call on needs, then estimate is sent via email, and upon acceptance, an invoice is submitted. Customer has 48 hours to place a non-refundable deposit of 20% to secure the date of their catering. Easy Peasy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business and Communication courses had paved the way to create a strong business that feeds my passion in food and events. Research, practice and mentors have molded my character and talents to effectively deliver a great meal!
