This company is awful and such a nightmare. The owners have zero interest in fixing problems. The workers showed up 2 hours late. Packed things that weren’t asked of them, moved stuff that was asked to be left alone added much more hours onto the Total in the end. I was quoted one price charged twice as much, they held my stuff hostage until we agreed upon a new price. They didn’t get to my new location until 11 pm is why they had to unload mattresses and take rest with them. One worker dropped off others left and showed up an hour later with a smell of marijuana. I have missing stuff the levers denied all wrong doings without looking into the matter. I don’t know how this place is still in business do your self a favor hire another company.

Brandi, First of all I reviewed our data base and we do not have a valid contract showing that we moved you. Secondly when you make accusations on employees smelling like marijuana we take this issue very seriously! To my knowledge I have never smelled marijuana on any of our employees that I see on a daily bases. I feel that your statements are outrages and have no merit. If we here at Fox even think that one of our employees is doing any drugs what so ever they are immediately requested to take a drug test. We strive for quality and professionalism with all our move. Please provide me with a contract under your name so that I can further my investigation. Todd

Responsive, professional and friendly. Booked a local move less than two days in advance of my move date. Finished the move ahead of schedule. Will definitely use Fox Moving and Storage again.

The movers arrived 1:30 late and when the person called to confirm the move I asked her to make sure they arrive on time. The one mover was sweating on my furniture. They scratched paint on the walls. One mover used his foot to close a drawn while I am standing their looking at him. It seemed like it took for ever I did not even have that much furniture or boxes.
