- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is by the hour. There is a 4 hour minimum. If the commute is over 50 miles, there is an additional fee for mileage. A deposit of 50% of the fee is required upfront to secure your event's date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process happens pretty quickly (24 hours or less) Step 1: Finding out event details (# of guests, type of event, location, getting to know the hostess, etc.) Step 2: Providing a quote for services Step 3: Client accepts quote and books event with deposit Step 4: I prepare client for the event (shopping list, create customized cocktails (if desired), etc.) Step 5: Arrive at event 1 hour prior to start time for set up Step 6: Make guests & host/hostess happy with tasty cocktails Step 7: Clean up & free hugs for everyone :-)
