FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a flat rate price of $350 for a 1000 tank and $450 for a 1500 gallon tank. While out flat rate fee covers 95% of most septic tank conditions, excessive water usage, unmaintained systems or foreign items being flushed down the drains (i.e. grease, feminine products, baby wipes, harsh chemicals) can all affect the final cost of pumping. It is only due to the additional labor required to remove these items and the additional strain it puts on our equipment that these charges are necessary. Our highly trained staff will be able to identify these variables and inform you of an exact price once on site BEFORE any work starts. And in the event additional repairs to your system are needed, we will inform you upfront and offer competitive pricing and discounts on the repairs.
