Hey Mrs. Eagleburger... Thank you for the oppurtunity.. And may i just rephrase/ tell the other side to this comment you have posted. The job you requested that i quoted and did a contract for that you read and signed was actually completed... There was no payments made where the work stated in the contract was not completed. Phase 1 was the job (stripped all the glue/mastic and thinset off the basement slab and then grinded entire area to open up the floor to prep for either a stained finished floor or a polished finished floor) .. And we had a set CASH price that i was doing the job for bc i quoted $200 more and due to your budget you requested i do it for cheaper which i was able to do but made it clear several times and outlined in our contract this was a CASH ONLY price... The job started on a Wednesday.. And due to several no responses nights prior to trying to schedule a day to complete the job we finally were able to schedule a day where i could complete the job with a labor and myself. Now once the contracted phase 1 was complete around 4:30pm that very next Monday. (Job, phase 1 was completed in less than one week) Upon completion we did talk about continuing the floor with a stained semi polished floor of which would require a new contract and separate additional fees that you were aware of, I still would have liked to stained and finished the rest of this floor for you i just was not very pleased with the fact that there was no talk about the balance of the contract upon completion of it.. You knew i would be finishing end of day and you were suppose to have the money in cash instead i had to mention and bring this up to you in front of one of my laborers and you wrote a "check" instead, for the "CASH" amount in contract. Never was there mention about going to get the cash you just asked to write a check which was totally fine but the amount should have been for the original amount discussed due to the inconvenience and breech of contract... My job was done well above and beyond things listed within contract its not very good business to breech a contract in any way. Thank you for saying i have expertise in my trade and potential. I Just dont appreciate a 1 🌟 rating for the work completed that is totally wrong especially when i never breeched contract and did everything stated within it. I will admit the floor never got stained (which was not part of phase 1 contract and i was NEVER paid for any sort of work i did not complete. and i feel your review makes it seem a totally different way than how it happend and that is not fair to me or my business.) And as a business i did not want to proceed on with another contract and a price to lose more money but my company did not leave my customer a floor that was not fully functional and would NEVER do so..
