I could not have asked for a better or more positive experience with Market Veep. We on-boarded Market Veep to rebuild our archaic website to help increase our presence online. Our website came out beautiful and we are now found in searches in Google. In addition to helping me with my social media presence they quite often went above and beyond the scope of work to help me with my website management and Google Adwords as well. Since those changes in social media, the website going live and a new Google Adwords program, we have seen drastic increases in call volumes and web submissions. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our plans are customized to our clients marketing needs, there is no two marketing plans that are ever the same.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a project kick off call where all members of our team are on the call. So we can get up to speed on the needs of the project and customer. We also give clients full access to us through our project management portal where they can chat with any of the team members and see all progress of the project in real time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have degrees in our respective fields, graphic design, web development, marketing, communications, marketing as well as many certifications including HubSpot and Google Adwords.
