Initial contact via telephone/email to schedule a time to meet in person where we will discuss the client's desires and preferences. I then typically email 2 menu suggestions based on the discussion. The client can choose one and we go from there...

I have an AOS Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University at Charleston, SC. 1994
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began catering 8 years ago after the birth of my son. Prior to that were 17 years spent as a Chef in upscale restaurants, country clubs and resorts. The food trailer is a new, fun endeavor as of March 2016.
