- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mostly hourly if possible. nothing worse than bidding a job for 2 guys 4 hours and it takes 8 and gotta pay your help what I would have made. Try to be as fair as I can not looking to get rich just trying to ,support a family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Same as any other valued customers treat them with as much respect as possible. It never fails there's always a couple customers say they want 1 thing after you do what they want they try to say that that's not what they wanted and than want me to fix it for free'
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of operating farm & HEAVY equipment, and working with 2 companies a builder and a hardscape company
