Introduction: I am ambitious and motivated with 30+ years of computer experience, fifteen years management experience, four technical certifications of proficiency, A.A.S. Degree in Computer Forensics, and a constant thirst for new knowledge. I am currently attending WGU in pursuit of my Bachelors Degree. I currently support 1000+ home users and small business owners on Windows and Mac platforms. My customers love the fact that I will come to the home and do work there or pick up and deliver the item needing repair. In my many years of education and work in the computer field, I have worked with and troubleshot a multitude of different software packages ranging from the popular Microsoft and Mac products, clinical applications, underground water leak detection software, liquor dispensing software, and many other 3rd party applications.
